    We use a unique blend of our own cultivated Koshihikari rice, "Myojin Rice," and "Kaori Rice" from Kochi Prefecture.We are committed to milling our rice in-house and cooking it to perfection in earthenware pots for each order.Each grain of rice stands firm, and the more you chew, the more the sweetness and rich aroma spread, resulting in an exquisite taste.In addition to plain white rice, we also offer four types of luxurious clay pot rice dishes made with plenty of ingredients from Tosa.This is a must-try to finish off your meal.
